Shadows and Bars

Still/However/Yet, there are ways/methods/strategies to rebuild/reintegrate/reconstruct your life and find/discover/locate peace/tranquility/contentment in the world beyond/past/outside the wire.

Resounds in the Cell Block

The steel walls imprisoned the whispers of a hundred lives lived. Each jangle of a chain, every uneven footstep on the concrete floor, told a story. Stories of regret, of anger, all overlapping in a symphony of grief. Even in the quietude, one could hear the presence of their past.
